WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
MONTHLY: You will be charged on the 14th of every month.
QUARTERLY + YEARLY: Your billing date will be the day you purchase the box and you will always be charged on that date moving forward. You have the opportunity to change your billing date in your account.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Subscription box orders begin shipping on the 15th of every month.
If you placed your order after the 14th of the month, you will not receive a box until the following month.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE FLAVORS WILL BE?
An email will be sent during the first week of each month with the details of that month's blend. If you are not a member of our mailing list, you can sign up here. The current blend will always be included on the Monthly Subscription Box product page as well!
HOW DO I PAUSE, EDIT, OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Managing your subscription is as easy as 1-2-Tea:
Log into your account HERE and click "Manage Subscriptions" on the left-hand side. Not sure if you've created an account? Make one [HERE] and take control of your tea destiny. 🫖💫 Note that you can only make these adjustments on our desktop website, NOT the app.
After you log into your account, navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab and select the subscription you're looking to change. From there you can pause or cancel any subscriptions.
If you're looking to pause or cancel a subscription - you will pause or cancel the next payment cycle, but any pre-paid subscriptions will still be sent. For example, if you pay quarterly, and you cancel after the first month of that quarter, you will still receive the next two months, but it will cancel come the next quarter.
NOTE: Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions are pre-paid, so you cannot skip a month.
